RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange it, please see our return information below.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us at info@wv3designs.com to obtain authorization. The return address will be provided via email. Place the item in secure packaging. Unless the item is defective, it must arrive to us in new condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
For defective items, we will reimburse return shipping charges. If you’ve changed your mind about an item, you will be responsible for return shipping.
EXCEPTIONS
Custom items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Discounted items are “final sale” and can not be refunded.
